GG Homes, San Diego’s premier real estate investment firm, is looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Listing Manager. This is your chance to take on a high-impact role where you’ll manage over 200 listings annually and help set new industry standards.

Role Overview:

The Listing Agent will oversee all aspects of the listing process, from developing strategic marketing plans to closing deals. You’ll work closely with our marketing, legal, and administrative teams to ensure properties are expertly positioned in the market, all documentation is accurate, and clients receive the highest level of service. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role for someone who can think creatively, act decisively, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Compensation:

$70,000 Base + Bonus Per Listing

  • Develop and implement effective listing strategies to maximize property exposure.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Keep clients informed about listing status and market trends.
  • Expertly negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal outcomes for sellers.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations.
  • Partner with legal and administrative teams to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Active California Real Estate License (required).
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and able to perform under tight deadlines.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the real estate industry.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Lead generation and prospecting experience.
  • Proven track record of closing deals.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
