The Exercise Coach is a dynamic, client-focused fitness facility dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. We specialize in transforming how people age with focused strength, balance and mobility. Our program uses the latest research in how our prospective clients achieve fitness most effectively and has 7 transformation principles:

- Smart Strength using AI-driven equipment to create tailored workouts designed to increase strength and lean muscle mass.

- Balance & Cognition training to reduce the risk of falling by reconnecting the brain and body.

- Coach-assisted stretching provides increased mobility, ROM and decreased muscular tension.

- Mobility Analysis & Optimization with the use of AI tools to create individualized mobility plans for our clients.

- Concentrated Cardio to strengthen hearts, lungs, and V02 Max more efficiently.

- Metabolic Comeback Coaching focused on adding whole food nutrition to whole effort exercise to improve health.

- Progress Analysis to provide detailed feedback on performance and goal progression.

We understand that everyone knows they should exercise, and everyone wants to be more physically fit and healthy. But thats easier said than done given busy schedules, and in some cases beat-up bodies. Thousands of people every day enjoy the best possible workout for them at our 200 nationwide studios. Role Overview

The Personal Trainer will work directly with clients to develop customized fitness programs, provide coaching and motivation, and ensure a safe and effective training experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to helping others improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one training sessions

Perform fitness assessments and track client progress

Design individualized workout programs tailored to client goals

Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle habits

Maintain a clean and organized training environment

Follow up (phone and text) with leads and prospects throughout the sales process

Grow the business through client retention and acquisition programs

Collaborate with team members to support overall client success

Promote studio programs and special offerings

Qualifications

Passion for Health & Fitness: This is where it all begins!

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AFTERNOONS AND EVENINGS! We are looking for a candidate who can work Mon Fri Noon to 8pm.

You must be comfortable conversing in person and on the phone and know how to conduct yourself professionally and deliver clear instructions to the clients.

No personal training experience necessary.

A college degree in a health-related field is nice but not required. However, fundamental knowledge of exercise science and human biology is essential.

Current certification from a recognized organization (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) desired.

CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills

Previous training experience preferred but not required

You must LOVE working with people! As mentioned above you must be very comfortable working with people. This is an exciting studio, and you must be able to show your clients energy and excitement while working with them.

Willingness to achieve franchise required certifications.
