Job Description
Be part of the founding lifeguard team at Piedmont's stunning new community pool – a brand-new, year-round facility in a beautiful setting, with expansive water area and programs for every kind of swimmer.
Lifeguard I is a great fit if you're newly certified and looking to build experience.
STARTING PAY: $19.50/hour (up to $22/hour with annual raises) 
SCHEDULES: Flexible schedules of 5-15 hours/week (up to 20)
What you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Monitor swimmers, prevent incidents, and respond quickly in emergencies</li>
<li>Enforce safety rules and keep the pool environment welcoming</li>
<li>Support lap swim, family swim, lessons, team practices, swim camps, and special events</li>
<li>Assist with opening, closing, and pool deck setup</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>15+ years old and completed 9th grade (work permit if under 18)</li>
<li>Current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification (CPR/First Aid/AED)</li>
<li>Title 22 (First Aid for Public Safety Personnel) within 6 months of hire</li>
