<li>As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will provide project management support throughout all phases of HVAC construction to ensure that project standards, budget, deadlines, and communication are maintained.</li>
<li>Manage Safety Compliance and foster a culture of safety</li>
<li>Document Control and Review</li>
<li>Manage Scope of Work</li>
<li>Basic Schedule Management and Field Resources</li>
<li>Procurement Management &amp; Coordination</li>
<li>Estimation</li>
<li>Financial Management</li>
<li>Develop, Build &amp; Maintain relationships</li>
<li>Support Sales Process</li>
</ul>
Must Have:
<ul>
<li>8+ years of Project Management experience</li>
<li>8+ years of strong understanding of mechanical systems</li>
<li>8+ years to read and comprehend construction documents, design techniques, tools, and principles</li>
<li>Must be willing to travel</li>
</ul>
