Job DescriptionCAREGIVER - DAY SHIFTLocation: Vacaville, CA About the Role:
Avid HealthCare Services is looking for experienced and compassionate Caregivers to join a day shift team in an assisted living setting (6bed) RCFE. Ideal candidates will have mental health care experience (Dementia, Alzeihmers) and a commitment to resident-centered support in line with California Title 22 regulations.
Some Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, ambulation)
</li>
<li>
Support residents with cognitive or mental health needs
</li>
<li>
Assist with meals, hydration, and engagement in daily activities
</li>
<li>
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, room tidying, bed-making, trash removal)
</li>
<li>
Monitor and document changes in health, mood, or behavior
</li>
<li>
Follow safety protocols and infection control practices
</li>
<li>
Maintain compliance with Title 22 staffing and care standards
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Minimum 2 years of experience in assisted living, memory care, or mental health setting
</li>
<li>
High school diploma or equivalent
</li>
<li>
Current CPR/First Aid certification
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and teamwork skills
</li>
<li>Proficient in computer operations and common software applications</li>
</ul>
