Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community in Austin, TX. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our residents enjoy high-quality living spaces by leading maintenance operations.
Responsibilities as an Apartment Supervisor:
- Supervise maintenance team and delegate tasks effectively
- Demonstrate strong HVAC skills, especially with new machinery
- Exceed resident expectations for quality living standards
- Collaborate with management to develop and review budgets
- Address major and minor equipment and building issues promptly
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely manner
- Procure and replace broken parts or equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:
- Must be HVAC certified.
- Must have previous supervisor (property management) experience.
- Requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Attendance is an imperative job function.
- Great customer service
- Multitasking ability
- Flexible work schedule
Pay Range:
- $25/hr-$28/hr. (Depending on Experience and Apartment Community) - Also Depending on Certifications
- Weekly pay!
Must be authorized to work in the US. Competitive salary offered.
