Job DescriptionWe are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. $70,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients

What You'll Do:

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads
• Build rapport with homeowners and qualify opportunities
• Present offers and negotiate confidently
• Follow up consistently to close deals
• Collaborate with acquisitions and closing teams
• Hit and exceed monthly performance goals

Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
• Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
