Job Description
Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a key role in maintaining machines and assisting with setup and molding. This full-time position involves changing out gaskets and working with hydraulic and air systems. Previous experience in a machine shop, automotive shop, or production environment is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate machines efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and molding processes.
- Change out gaskets as required.
- Work with hydraulic and air systems.
- Utilize hand tools for various tasks.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production, general labor, and assembly.
- Competency in machine operation and forklift usage.
- Minimum of 1+ year in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 6 months of experience using hand tools.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours per day.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a machine shop or automotive shop is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate controlled and very physical environment. The work hours are from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maryland Heights, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
