Job Title: Litigation Paralegal - Workers' Compensation
Location: On-site in Atlanta, GA
Salary: $60-65K base salary
Join a supportive and dynamic litigation team where your workers' compensation expertise will directly impact the lives of clients. We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, Workers' Compensation Paralegal to support our litigation attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all phases of workers' compensation litigation, from case intake to trial.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Coordinate discovery, including document production and preparation for depositions.
- Manage and organize case files, medical records, and evidence.
- Prepare trial materials, including exhibits, case summaries, and witness lists.
- File court documents electronically and maintain accurate case tracking.
- Ensure deadlines and filing requirements are met to support litigation proceedings
Requirements:
- 2+ years of workers' compensation litigation experience.
- Bachelor's degree, or Paralegal Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal research tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
