We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Food Delivery Service Department. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for food services and thrive on providing excellent customer support to enhance the dining experience for our Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding food delivery services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to order placement, delivery status, menu options, and service policies.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and questions to ensure satisfaction with their food delivery experience.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on any outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service efficiency.
• Keep customers informed about new menu items, promotions, and safety protocols.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in the food delivery or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
