Job DescriptionOur client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Tax Associate to join its dynamic U.S. Tax practice in New York.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading global tax team known for advising on headline-making deals for the world’s most prestigious clients. The team works in close collaboration with top-tier corporate, finance, and litigation practices, delivering integrated, strategic advice on the most complex and high-profile transactions in the market.

Salary: $235,000 - $310,000

Ideal Candidate:

  • JD Class year: 2021–2023

  • Experience: Trained at a leading Am Law firm

  • Bar Admission: Must be admitted to practice in New York

  • Strong interest or experience in:

    • Public and private M&A

    • Private equity and other investment fund matters (formation and structuring)

    • Joint ventures and capital markets transactions

  • Sponsor- and investor-side fund work (specialization welcomed)

About the Role:

  • Advise on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of high-stakes corporate transactions

  • Work closely with partners, counsel, and colleagues across multiple practice groups

  • Serve an elite roster of multinational corporations, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions
