A leading healthcare company is seeking a Contract Administration Specialist to join their team supporting the contract pharmacy direct replenishment program. This is a fully onsite opportunity based in Memphis, TN.

Location: Memphis, TN – Onsite
Contract: 6 months (40 hrs/week)
Compensation: $30/hour (W2)
(W2 only – Sponsorship not available)

Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administration Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of the 340B contract pharmacy direct replenishment program. This role partners with product, account management, operations, accounting, and client teams to ensure seamless processes across financial and operational workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing role, is highly organized, and demonstrates strong Excel and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support new client implementations for direct replenishment.

  • Resolve operational and invoicing issues across multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Provide ongoing operational and financial support for direct replenishment models.

  • Prepare and deliver documentation for processes, decisions, and client implementations.

  • Create reports and conduct analysis to support business operations.

  • Communicate project status, timelines, and issue resolution to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist with internal presentations, documentation, and process improvements.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in contract administration, product support, or operations.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency (intermediate required).

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.

  • Financial acumen and reporting experience preferred.

  • Ability to interpret complex situations and recommend solutions.

  • Highly organized with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.

  • Strong documentation and follow-through skills.
