Position Overview:
A Service Porter needs to be trustworthy and responsible with vehicles, as well as flexible in their responsibilities. Their primary role is to support the service department in ensuring that every customer has a positive experience while servicing their vehicle at Berlin City Auto Group. Some daily duties and responsibilities include:
- Moving vehicles as needed to different locations on the auto dealership lot
- Shuttling customers to and from the dealership
- Cleaning the interiors and exteriors of vehicles
- Cleaning the auto dealership parking lot, including picking up trash and removing snow or ice

- You are friendly and approachable, and can leave a positive last impression on every customer regarding their overall service experience at the dealership
- You have a strong sense of urgency and can be prompt and efficient in handling requests from service team members
- You are professional and can maintain a consistent appearance that represents the Berlin City Auto Group in a professional manner
- You can work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety guidelines are being met.
- You have a strong work ethic and a high level of integrity
- You enjoy working with customers
- You have a favorable motor vehicle driving record, along with keen navigation skills
- You are self-directed and able to work independently
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to operate both an automatic and manual transmission
- Valid Driver's and a favorable motor vehicle record
- Able to operate both an automatic and manual transmission
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check
