Responsibilities:
• Review and draft estate planning documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance the estate planning platform’s offerings and processes.
• Maintain thorough attention to detail in all legal documentation and client interactions.
• Work independently to manage assigned projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to estate planning and probate.
• Conduct legal research to address complex estate planning issues and provide solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure clarity and satisfaction.• Active license to practice law in one or more U.S. states.
• Proven experience in estate planning and/or probate administration.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes as they pertain to estate planning.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in conducting legal research and applying findings to practical scenarios.
