Compensation: $70,000-$100,000+ Base Salary depending on years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
As our Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients through all phases of real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, leases, and closing documents
- Managing due diligence processes, including title and survey review
- Coordinating closings and preparing closing binders
- Assisting with entity formation and corporate documentation
- Communicating with clients, lenders, title companies, and municipal offices
- Maintaining organized transaction files and timelines
Qualifications
We are seeking someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment and brings strong experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Ideal candidates will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal
- Deep understanding of real estate transactions, title review, and closing procedures
- Familiarity with commercial leasing and financing documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training preferred
