Were looking for a dedicated Healthcare Coordinator who is passionate about safe, accurate, and person-focused medication administration. In this role, youll work hand-in-hand with our RN Consultants to ensure every medication is prepared, tracked, and delivered with the highest standards of care.

Healthcare Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Partner with homes and programs to establish and maintain all medication administration and healthcare treatments
  • Verify incoming orders, prepare monthly medication supplies, and ensure timely documentation
  • Track PRN usage and expiration dates to prevent treatment lapses
  • Review and correct medication sheets, orders, and practices with the RN Consultant
  • Administer medications on-site to clients in various programs
  • Train CPR and First Aid for employees


What Were Looking For

  • Required: Valid Medication Administration Certificate + 1 year of experience providing medication and non-nursing healthcare services to adults with disabilities
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow compliance guidelines
  • Excellent computer and documentation skills
  • A valid class 'D' driver's license and valid personal vehicle insurance coverage
  • Ongoing commitment to strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol test following a conditional job offer

Essential Physical Functions

The physical demands are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential responsibilities of this position successfully. The employee must be able to continually sit, stand, walk, and communicate throughout each day and be able to stoop, bend, kneel, twist, run, reach, and regularly push or pull up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, including moving clients who are unable to support their weight, push and pull wheelchairs used by clients weighing 100-200 pounds.
