We are partnered with a major manufacturing company that's seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their growing team in Monroe, IN!
DIRECT-HIRE
PAY: base salary + paid overtime + full benefits package
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams.</li>
<li>Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel.</li>
<li>Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency and meet customer requirements</li>
<li>Oversee hiring, training, and development for production associates.</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.</li>
</ul>

<li>Previous experience in production supervision in a manufacturing/production environment</li>
<li>Knowledge of production tools and equipment</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
