We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our team. The Express Service Advisor is responsible for managing the relationship between the customer and the technical team, ensuring that all customer requirements are met. Your duties will include understanding the customer’s needs, recommending suitable services, and ensuring that the work is carried out to the customer’s satisfaction. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a good understanding of vehicle mechanics.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers on arrival and direct them to the appropriate service
- Understand the customer’s needs and recommend appropriate services
- Communicate the customer’s requirements clearly to the technical team
- Keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the customer’s satisfaction
- Manage any customer complaints or issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good understanding of vehicle mechanics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
