Where you'll be working:
Location(s): Chandler, AZ
Setting: Clinic-based
Population Served: Children 18 months - 14 years
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-6:00 pm
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Provide high-quality, individualized ABA services within a true multidisciplinary model, collaborating daily with OT, PT, Speech, and academic instructors
- Manage a low caseload of 6–7 clients (8 max) with a billable baseline of just 25 hours/week, including case management, therapy, and treatment planning
- Build strong parent relationships and contribute to child-specific treatment planning — no templated or “fast-food style” programs
- Participate in programs ranging from early intervention (18 months+) to school-age (up to ~14 years), including opportunities within the innovative Academy academic-enrichment model
- Work within a nonprofit organization prioritizing collaboration, professional development, and quality over volume
- Take part in a structured leadership pathway, with opportunities to grow into Clinical Director roles through programs like the Manager Development Program

- Caseload size: 6-7 (8 max)
- Billable hour expectations: 25 hours per week
