Job Title: Assistant Property Manager
Hours: Full-time
Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm w/ 30 minute lunch
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage employees, including maintenance staff.
- Oversee tenant screening and credit check processing.
- Develop work schedules and coordinate unit make-ready tasks.
- Monitor contract work and inspect community buildings and grounds.
- Perform unit walkthroughs to ensure readiness for move-ins.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Submit semi-monthly payroll reports.
- Prepare and complete Monthly Operating Reports.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior residential property management experience is required.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Yardi, Tenant Tech, or similar property management platforms.
- Leadership: Strong ability to manage and motivate employees.
- Tenant Relations: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Strong collections, accounts receivable, budgeting, and marketing plan experience.
- Fair Housing Knowledge: Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws is essential.
- Self-Starter: Ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy.
