Isleworth Golf &amp; Country Club is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable fitness professional who is&nbsp;certified in both Pilates Reformer instruction and Personal Training. This role is ideal for someone who values high-quality movement, client education, and results-driven programming. &nbsp;&nbsp;This is an independent contractor position.&nbsp;

<li>Lead private Pilates Reformer sessions</li>
<li>Provide one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to client goals</li>
<li>Design safe, effective, and engaging workout programs</li>
<li>Conduct client assessments and track progress</li>
<li>Educate clients on proper form, movement mechanics, and injury prevention</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming training environment</li>
<li>Build strong client relationships and encourage long-term retention</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to uphold studio standards and culture</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements
 
<ul>
<li>Current&nbsp;Pilates Reformer certification&nbsp;(recognized program)</li>
<li>Current&nbsp;Personal Training certification&nbsp;(NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)</li>
<li>CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement</li>
<li>Experience &nbsp;working with a variety of fitness levels and populations</li>
<li>Professional, &nbsp;punctual, and client-focused attitude</li>
</ul>
