Solvet Services is seeking a licensed and credentialed Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) to support inpatient care at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) under a federal contract. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity in a hospital setting with a strong mission-driven focus on Native American health services.
Responsibilities:

Deliver respiratory care therapies including aerosol therapy, chest physiotherapy, and postural drainage

Monitor and operate ventilators (including PEEP, IMV); perform adjustments under physician direction

Draw and analyze arterial blood gases; interpret and report results
-
Respond to codes and emergencies; maintain ventilation during patient transport

Accurately document all care provided in the EHR

Ensure compliance with PIMC protocols and infection control standards

Participate in department meetings and hospital staff activities as needed
Shifts May Include:

Day: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM / 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Night: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Requirements:

Associate's Degree or certificate in Respiratory Therapy

Current Arizona State License
-
NBRC certification (CRT or RRT)

BLS and ACLS (must be current)

Minimum 2 years of recent experience

Must be able to pass federal background check and complete credentialing
Preferred Experience:
-
Prior experience in a hospital or government healthcare setting

Familiarity with ventilator management and ICU protocols

Experience with EHR systems
Compensation:
$50 - $55/hour
