Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney
Overview:
A growing real estate law firm seeks a seasoned Litigation Associate to join its dynamic Wisconsin team. This role offers significant long-term advancement and professional development opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume, diverse caseload from inception to resolution, including enforcement of property restrictions, contract disputes, and construction defects.
- Handle all phases of litigation: drafting complaints/answers, discovery, witness prep, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, trial, and appeals.
- Maintain strong client relationships by advising on case status and providing strategic counsel.
- Chair client and corporate meetings.
- Manage electronic task lists and ensure accurate, timely billing.
- Supervise and manage administrative staff.
Requirements:
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Experiences:
- Must be admitted to practice law in Wisconsin.
- 8+ years of relevant litigation experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law.
- Other:
- Prior work experience must demonstrate a proven record of dedication and hard work.
- Must be available during business hours, as well as some evenings and weekends for client meetings.
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent personal and client skills.
- Prior experience using a Microsoft operating system and other sophisticated legal software.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including health insurance, disability insurance, and a retirement plan.
