Pravati Capital is seeking a motivated Corporate Litigation Counsel / Legal Investment Analyst to join our expanding team. This unique role offers newer attorneys the opportunity to combine their litigation background with financial and business analysis, gaining direct exposure to the rapidly growing field of litigation finance. The position reports directly to the CEO and provides hands-on experience working with both the legal and executive leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating potential litigation finance investments through legal and financial analysis.
• Conduct due diligence on cases, reviewing facts, legal issues, and likelihood of success.
• Research and track market and industry trends, legal developments, and emerging opportunities.
• Review financial statements and other materials to support investment assessments.
• Collaborate with law firms, claimants, and industry professionals to gather information and build relationships.
• Draft reports and recommendations for investment opportunities and portfolio monitoring.
• Support strategic initiatives across the legal and executive teams, gaining exposure to business and investment decision-making.

Desired Skills & Experience

• JD from an accredited law school and active Arizona State Bar membership (required).
• 1–3 years of litigation experience in personal injury and/or commercial litigation (preferred).
• Experience handling matters before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or other arbitration/mediation forums (preferred).
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Interest in finance, private equity, or business strategy (experience in these areas is a plus but not required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to legal and non-legal audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
