Job DescriptionLHH is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Legal Assistant to join a dynamic and fast-paced trial and litigation team. This role supports multiple attorneys across a wide range of high-stakes, high-profile litigation matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has strong experience with e-filing, case management, and legal assistant protocols. This is a hybrid working environment with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The anticipated salary for this role is between $70,000-$90,000 a year.
Responsibilities:
· Provide litigation support for multiple attorneys across various practice areas.
· Manage case files, legal documents, and court filings in multiple jurisdictions.
· Oversee case management tasks including calendaring, docketing, and deadline tracking.
· Assist with CLE tracking and attorney schedules.
· Utilize and learn legal assistant software, tools, and protocols efficiently.
· Upload and organize discovery and legal documents.
· Support team coverage, including vacation and absence coverage for other assistants.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of litigation legal assistant experience (required).
· Strong knowledge of e-filing in multiple jurisdictions and court rules/procedures.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong technical proficiency with legal software and tools.
· Excellent written/verbal communication and proofreading skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
