We are seeking a Bilingual Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.

*********CANDIDATES MUST BE BILINGUAL AND MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING SETTING!*********

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Place production orders from customers
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL

Skills:

• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
• Experience in warehouse operations and materials handling
• Knowledge of quality inspection processes
• Familiarity with plastics extrusion techniques
• Competence in operating forklifts and other equipment
• Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations
• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery issues
