A BDC Representative utilizes their selling ability, computer skills, customer service, courteous phone manners, and positive attitudes to get customers into our doors via sales appointments. You will coordinate incoming online and phone inquiries as well as conduct cold prospecting at the direction of supervisors.
Job Description:
Our BDC Representatives are the first person our customers speak with, whether it's online, text messaging, and/or by phone. BDC Representatives are responsible for handling incoming phone calls and internet requests as well as scheduling appointments. We are looking for candidates who have a professional voice and are sympathetic to the customer's needs.
Job Duties:
- Communicating with sales customers via:
- Text
- Phone Calls
- Setting, confirming, and following up with sales appointments
- Customer Satisfaction Calls pertaining to our sales processes
- Keeping up with specific tasks and customer management via our Customer Experience Management System (CRM.)
- Participating and keeping up to date with in-house training qualifications
- Completing and helping with all customer requests
- Other duties as assigned by management
Job Specification(s):
- At least 1 to 2 years minimum experience in customer service or retail sales
- General Computer knowledge is required
- Must be comfortable with making up to or more than 100 phone calls a day
- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clean Driving Record
Schedule:
Hours are flexible during the week and can be negotiated with management.
Saturdays: Requirement of every Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM unless otherwise approved by management.
