Product Sampling & Sales Goals:
• Actively engage customers by sampling featured products and promoting our menu items.
• Motivate and guide the team to meet or exceed daily sales targets.
• Track progress and make real-time adjustments to sales strategy when necessary.
Daily Operations:
• Oversee and participate in all daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure food prep is completed to standard, and products are consistently fresh and well-stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the day.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management.
Customer Service:
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting patrons warmly, answering questions about products, and resolving any issues with professionalism.
• Set the tone for a fun, friendly, and positive customer experience.
• Handle guest concerns and feedback efficiently to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Leadership & Communication:
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
