Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Consultant for our Client's Business Software & CRM Solutions Department. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, helping them make the most of our innovative software solutions and CRM systems.

As a Spanish Speaking Consultant, you will be integral in guiding clients through their software implementation journey, ensuring they harness the full potential of our solutions while improving their operational effectiveness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients regarding business software and CRM inquiries
• Assist clients in selecting and implementing the most suitable software solutions for their needs
• Provide training sessions and workshops to help clients effectively utilize our services
• Resolve technical concerns and offer prompt solutions to client issues
• Document all client communications and keep track of support activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and assist in service improvement initiatives
• Stay informed on the latest technology trends and developments relevant to business software and CRM solutions

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
• Familiarity with business software and CRM systems is a plus
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability to effectively resolve client inquiries
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to customer engagement
• Prior experience in customer support or consulting is beneficial but not required
