Description of the role:
$40,000-$75,000 per year
3 Weeks of paid time off after 1 year
The Automotive Service Advisor at Dallas Direct will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with the Sales Manager to determine their vehicle service needs
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Communicate updates to Sales Manager regarding their vehicles
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
