Schedule: Day and night shifts available; 6:1 patient ratio; every other weekend required

Highlights:

• 19-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit specializing in stroke, traumatic brain injury, and medical-surgical cases
• Patient-centered care model with 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• EMR system: Meditech
• Equipment includes mechanical lifts, Sara Steady, Baxter pumps, and Kangaroo pumps
• Opportunity to float to CCU, Medical-Surgical, and Emergency Department for professional growth
• Collaborative team environment focused on compassionate, thorough patient care

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Hampshire
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience in rehabilitation and/or medical-surgical nursing required
• IV therapy experience required
• Wound care, stroke, and traumatic brain injury experience strongly preferred
• Flexible, kind, and detail-oriented approach to patient care
