In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing contract processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes. Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and finalize contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including administration, modifications, and renewals.
• Negotiate contract terms with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to secure favorable agreements.
• Prepare calls for bids and evaluate proposals to identify the best options for the organization.
• Analyze contract pricing and terms to ensure alignment with budgetary and strategic goals.
• Address legal aspects such as indemnity clauses and limited liability provisions within contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate contract requirements and resolve any issues.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties meet their obligations.
• Maintain organized records of contracts and related documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Provide guidance on contract-related policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders.• Proven experience in contract administration and management.
