Due to incredible growth season over season, Cheer Athletics Omaha has opportunities for enthusiastic, experienced tumbling coaches. We currently have an immediate need for coaches who can teach and spot high-level tumbling (layouts, fulls and above) to our All Star cheer athletes. This is a great opportunity for coaches who are available for part-time hours and want to help us continue to grow our Tumbling Program. Our 30,000 sq. ft. facility has fantastic equipment, floors and tumble tracks. But the best thing about our gym is our staff and our athletes!
We offer a great work environment and competitive pay (up to$20 per hour, based on experience). We also offer private lesson opportunities for coaches who teach at least two weekly classes.
Requirements:
Ability to spot/teach high-level tumbling (for example, layouts, fulls and above)
Adept at providing meaningful feedback to athletes to improve their skills and form
Create effective lesson plans for every class that focus on skill development and progression
Ensure a safe and positive environment for all athletes
Regularly evaluate athletes on their progression of skills
