Paralegal / Legal Assistant – Plaintiff Personal Injury (Philadelphia)
A Philadelphia-based plaintiff Personal Injury firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant with a strong background in serious personal injury and mass tort litigation. The ideal candidate must have prior plaintiff-side experience and be highly skilled in case management and litigation support from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence
- Managing case files, medical records, and litigation deadlines
- Performing electronic court filings (e-filing) in state and federal courts, primarily in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with the ability to file in other jurisdictions as required
- Assisting attorneys with trial preparation, depositions, and client communication
- Coordinating and organizing evidence, expert reports, and document production
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
