Position Summary

As a Team Leader – Residential Cleaning, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and motivating a team of 4 people to ensure that every home is cleaned efficiently, thoroughly, and according to brand standards. You will represent the franchise professionally, act as the main point of contact for clients, and assist in training new team members.

We value candidates who speak English and Spanish, though bilingualism is not required. What matters most is your leadership, reliability, and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to meet cleaning standards, deadlines, and quality expectations.

• Perform cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring procedures and protocols are followed.

• Assign tasks to team members based on service priorities.

• Ensure proper and safe use of cleaning products and equipment.

• Verify that checklists are completed and homes meet quality standards before leaving the site.

• Communicate professionally with clients to address requests or concerns.

• Report to the supervisor or manager about supply needs, equipment maintenance, or operational issues.

• Train and guide new team members.

• Maintain a respectful, cooperative, and motivating work environment.

• Respect client property and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience (required).

• Experience leading or supervising small teams preferred.

• Excellent client communication skills, including the ability to listen, respond courteously, and effectively resolve requests or concerns.

• Strong organizational, delegation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.

• Reliable, punctual, and strong team communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.

• Good physical stamina; able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).

• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
