Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on leader with 5+ years of experience in the aquatics industry who holds a valid Aquatic Applicator License. This position is split between 50% office work and 50% field work, you will manage crews and accounts, schedule and oversee projects, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Alma, IL office and field crews.

• Manage customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and retention.

• Schedule and coordinate projects, treatments, and maintenance visits.

• Supervise and train crew members; maintain a strong team culture.

• Operate and oversee use of equipment including boats, skid steers, mini excavators, and trailers.

• Ensure all work complies with state, federal, and company safety standards.

• Maintain accurate records of treatments, projects, and customer communications.

• Work directly with customers in the field when needed.

• Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the aquatics industry (required).

• Valid Aquatic Applicator License (required).

• Proven management experience in supervising people and projects.

• Proficient in operating and maintaining boats, skid steers, mini excavators, and trailers.

• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.

• Ability to work in both office and outdoor environments.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
