If so, then you are about to be called and join our team at BOUSSIAS as Sales Executive.

Responsibilities:

  • Telephone communication to an existing client database aiming to sale conference registrations or award nominations
  • Update information in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) software, including account detail and sales history data
  • Create new opportunities with existing customers by pitching relevant products or services
  • Act proactively to exceed customer expectations and secure client loyalty

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar sales telephone customer communication position or in an educational environment will be considered as an asset.
  • Background in a Telecommunication environment will be considered an asset
  • College/University degree or demonstrate equivalent professional development
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Organizational skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CRM user
  • Comfortable with deadlines
  • Time management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver
