We are seeking a Shop Foreman to join company. You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers in our Millwork & Moulding Departments. Oversight of Shipping/Receiving, and general maintenance of equipment will also be required.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
• Implementation of Lean principles
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Organize scheduled deliveries and oversee loading/unloading of materials

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
