Senior Corporate Security Officer (2)

Calm, high-trust customer facing security professional who runs a tight front door, protects people and information, and keeps access-control operations clean, auditable, and compliant.

Location: Conshohocken, PA

If you are looking for a passive, "warm body" security gig where you can sit and wait for the clock to run out, this role is not for you. This role demands active engagement, not passive observation.

Schedule:

6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday, AND

2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Occasional weekend shifts when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entrance Control and Identity Verification – confirms identities of employees and visitors using approved methods and procedures
• Credentialing - Issues temporary visitor badges, collects and de-activates temporary badges for end of visit
• Visitor Management – confirms visit and purpose with host; applies any escort requirements
• Alarm monitoring and reporting

Key Skills:

• Verbal de-escalation: handling refusals without raising intensity
• Attention to detail
• Clear, concise report writing

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of four (4) years in corporate security, concierge security, or high-visibility access control (lobby, guardhouse, reception area)
• Experience working in high-volume environments, keeping authorized people moving
• Demonstrated experience with software-based badge/credential workflows and visitor management system(s) in auditable environments
• Proficiency with email, Teams or Slack -style of messaging systems
• Experience writing detailed activity reports and incident reports
• Experience maintaining accurate logs and providing clean hand-offs to the next officer on duty

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Secure 9000 Access Control System

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
