Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory & Client Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted business and technology advisor, providing industry expertise and best-practice guidance.
  • Prepare and facilitate Business Technical Reviews (BTRs), ensuring all action items are logged, tracked, and followed up in the PSA.
  • Collaborate with Client Advisors, Sales Engineer and the team on client roadmaps, budgets, and long-term planning to align business goals with WCT standards.

Solution Design & Technical Leadership

  • Assist in the design and development of innovative, compliant solutions that meet client needs.
  • Serve as a frontline technical resource in strategic meetings, product roadmap discussions, and proposal development.
  • Advocate for clients in product management discussions, providing accurate and detailed technical recommendations.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

  • Maintain current knowledge of WCT services and industry trends.
  • Document, track, and support compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide timely updates, root-cause analysis, and remediation strategies for client issues.

Collaboration & Client Insights

  • Partner regularly with Client Advisors, Sales Engineer and team to identify client needs.
  • Monitor client tickets and technical issues, offering insights and proactive recommendations.


Necessary Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with computer systems, servers, and hardware.
  • Strong communication skills for troubleshooting and client interaction.
  • Be comfortable speaking in a group setting to business leaders and managers.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in basic office equipment (printers, scanners, label makers, etc.).
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends when required.
