Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing legal counsel on various real estate transactions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role is crucial in supporting our clients in navigating complex real estate matters, with a focus on commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advice on real estate transactions and property management issues.
- Conduct due diligence for real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
- Research applicable laws and regulations related to real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals to facilitate successful outcomes.
- Represent clients in real estate-related disputes and litigation as necessary.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial real estate preferred.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
