Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Instrument & Electrical (I&E) Project Engineer to lead and manage project implementation at our manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our instrumentation and electrical systems, ensuring project success from conception to completion.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Design engineering support for various projects within the instrumentation and electrical domain.

Ø Develop detailed scopes of work for instrument and electrical projects.

Ø Assume the role of Project Team Leader when needed, ensuring successful outcomes in cost, timing, and quality.

Ø Offer expert Instrument/Electrical guidance to the plant operations.

Ø Provide start-up support for new equipment and installations.

Ø Participate in Design Hazard Reviews and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Ø Conduct equipment design calculations and specify requirements for new equipment purchases.

Ø Identify and organize drafting resources as required to meet project needs.

Ø Develop spare parts lists for newly acquired equipment.

Ø Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.

Ø Oversee project implementation, including field inspections and problem-solving activities.

Ø Ensure adherence to the integrated management system, covering safety, GMP, environmental, and quality standards.

Ø Maintain regular workplace attendance and flexibility to work extra hours if necessary.

Ø Collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds to achieve common goals.

Ø Participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives and complete required training programs.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

v Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

v A minimum of 5 years of experience in I&E Project Engineering.

v Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.

v Proficiency in SAP, Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office programs.
