Manage and organize client information in complex mass tort cases, including conducting detailed client intakes.

Maintain accurate client databases and communicate case updates via phone, email, mail, and blast messaging.

Track and manage discovery and filing deadlines, ensuring attorneys are informed and available for filings.

Obtain and organize supporting documents such as medical records, bills, and police reports for discovery and claims.

Assist attorneys in preparing and serving discovery responses, including interrogatories and Fact Sheets.

File legal documents such as complaints and motions, and manage lien information and notifications.

Coordinate internal case closure procedures upon settlement, ensuring compliance with firm protocols.
