Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our Commercial / Business Law Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping corporations navigate complex legal issues and will be responsible for providing high-quality legal representation to clients in family law matters.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate law or related practice areas preferred.
- Strong litigation skills and experience in court proceedings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
