Job Description

Full-Time (36 hrs/week) Active Caregiver/Direct Support

A full-time position is available for the right person, working in 2 different households

Must have a WI driver's license and clean driving record to drive an agency vehicle

Full-Time Position:

Mon/Tues 3p-9p with 2 men who live in Oregon, WI, just South of Madison - $19/hr
Fri 3p-11p, and Sat/Sun 7a-3p with a man who lives on the Westside of Madison - $18/hr

What you'll help with:

Support the gentlemen to live their best life
Cooking, cleaning, hygiene
Hands-on personal cares
Follow their routine and safety plan
Engage with and participate in a wide range of activities
Have fun!

What you'll get when you work for us:

A set schedule with options to pick up more hours
Extra pay when filling in ($2.50/hr)
Paid training ($17- $19/hr)
Paid hire meeting & orientation ($17/hr)
Paid holidays (1.5x your pay rate)
Overtime pay
