Direct Counsel is seeking an Employment Counsel to join a well-regarded law firm in California.
About the Role:
The firm is seeking an experienced employment litigator with 8+ years of experience. The role will focus on defending employers in:

Complex class, collective, and representative actions

Single-plaintiff wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters
The successful candidate will have:

Significant leadership roles in employment litigation matters

Superb writing and analytical skills

Admission to the California Bar

Strong academic credentials
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $175,000 – $230,000, depending on experience
