In this role, you will be a vital part of our team, helping customers navigate our platform and ensuring they receive outstanding service. You will assist Dutch-speaking clients with their inquiries, complaints and provide guidance on the use of our marketplace. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to the online marketplace platform.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Educate customers about platform features and functionality.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is a plus.
