Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bucket Truck Operator to join our team at AERI . This position is essential for safely operating bucket trucks to perform various tree care tasks, including trimming and removal. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to maintaining the health and safety of trees in our community.
Responsibilities
- Operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently for tree trimming and removal tasks.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on bucket trucks to ensure operational safety.
- Assist in the planning and execution of tree care projects, including pruning and removals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication during operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating bucket trucks or similar equipment is required.
- Strong knowledge of tree care practices, including trimming and removal techniques.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Commitment to safety standards and practices in all operations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
- Ability to lead by example and maintain high safety standards.
- Must be able to work outside, frequently in any kind of weather.
- Ability to pass drug test.
