Personal Injury Paralegal
Must have strong communication and organizational skills; must have knowledge of the Florida civil court e-filing system, bi-lingual preferred, 5+ years experience preferred
Will be responsible for assisting attorney(s) with trial preparations including drafting complaints and motions, propounding, and responding to discovery; updating client’s portal with case status information, closing statements, and scheduling of depositions. The paralegal will be responsible for their own case list and assisting attorneys as needed. Must be extremely organized, a go-getter and willing to work hard for the clients.
Pay based upon experience.
