Job Summary:
- Plan and Schedule Production
• Coordinate all phases of production, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities to ensure timely and quality output.
• Attend daily Tier1 meeting
• Perform daily safety area walk
• Perform daily setup of area and work station assignments
- Manage Logistics and Resources
• Ensure materials, equipment and supplies are available.
• Review Expired material report daily and take actions as needed
• Assist in getting any needed materials for production floor and termination at end of shift
- Track Progress
• Monitor production performance, track costs.
• Fill out FE passdown and Tier2 for production output and downtime on tools.
• Review daily HRxHR sheets and highlight any issues in productivity
- Communication and Coordination
• Act as a liaison between shifts (quality) resolve day to day issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Compliance and Safety
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Highlight and communicate any near misses or potential issues
- Continuous Improvement
• Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
Skills and Qualification
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of production processes and quality standards
• Proficiency in scheduling and project management tools
Performs work required for the assembly of components, devices and/or the final product with supervision.
Performs routine work in all production areas with limited supervision.
Ensures quality of product using standard operating procedures, templates, training and supervision, and good judgment.
Must perform all duties in a professional manner and work as a member of a team.
May be subject to call back or extended hours as required.
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
